  • The accommodation is managed by BU for the full duration, with regular visits by the Residential Services Team throughout the year, thus students will have a peace of mind that the team are there to help, and students will not have to deal with a private landlord or letting agent.
  • Unilet properties are a popular choice for students wanting a homely, independent experience, and those needing to keep a car close to their accommodation (there is no parking at the Halls of Residence). Many students go on to live with their Unilet housemates in further years of study.
  • All properties are within four miles of the main campus and are located in areas popular with students (including Winton, Charminster and Wallisdown), which are well served by university buses and cycle routes.
