Entry Requirements

SPM

  • A pass with at least credit in any three subjects inclusive of Mathematics or any equivalent qualification; OR

STPM

  • A pass with a minimum of Grade C (Grade Points, GP 2.0) in any subject or any equivalent qualification and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR

STAM

  • A pass with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR

SKM

  • A pass SKM Level 3, and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR

A pass in any qualifications equivalent to Certificate (Level 3, MQF) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent

Notes:

  • Candidates who have passed Mathematics at the SPM level or its equivalent may be admitted, provided their certificate program includes Mathematics subjects equivalent to those at the SPM level.
  • Candidates with a pass in Mathematics at SPM level and without a related certificate will need to take a reinforcement Mathematics subject with appropriate topics in the discipline of Computing at the beginning of their study.
  • Candidates with a credit in Computing-related subjects at SPM level or its equivalent may be given preferential consideration.
